Delivery Restrictions

We are unable to deliver to addresses that our courier partners cannot reach. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address, please contact us before placing your order.

All prices and shipping fees are shown in South African Rand (ZAR). The applicable shipping fee is confirmed at checkout before payment is completed.

Taxes and Fees

All prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable. No additional taxes or customs fees apply to domestic deliveries within South Africa.

Order Processing Time

After payment has been successfully received, your order is processed and prepared within 0–1 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Transit time is shown separately below.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 17:00 (SAST) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 17:00, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed on the next business day.

Transit time is 2–5 business days within South Africa, with an estimated total of 2–6 business days from order to delivery once handling is included. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, incorrect delivery details, or circumstances outside our control.

Carriers

Orders are shipped through Bob Go, our shipping platform, which connects us with established South African courier services such as The Courier Guy and similar tracked carriers. The courier is selected according to your delivery address and the product ordered. Every shipment includes a tracking number so you can follow your parcel through to delivery.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your parcel through to delivery. You can also track your order at any time on our Track Your Order page.

Accurate Delivery Details

Please ensure that your delivery address, contact number, and email address are correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Address Change

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at onlinesales@blackandwhitenutrition.com or +27 21 551 0042. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been handed to the courier.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once the order has been handed to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible. To cancel, contact us immediately at onlinesales@blackandwhitenutrition.com.

Damaged Parcel

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at onlinesales@blackandwhitenutrition.com with clear photos. We will assess the issue and offer a suitable solution.

Lost Parcel

If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will open an enquiry with the courier and offer a re-send or refund depending on the outcome.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available from our premises at Meerendal Wine Estate, Vissershok Road, Durbanville, Cape Town, South Africa. If local pickup is selected at checkout, we will notify you when your order is ready for collection. Please do not collect before receiving confirmation that your order is ready.
