Payment Policy
This payment policy applies to all orders placed on www.blackandwhitenutrition.com.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
All payments are processed securely through Payfast. We accept:

- Instant EFT
- Mobicred
- Zapper
- Payflex
2. Payment Processing
- Payment is due in full when you complete your order.
- Orders are processed and dispatched only after payment has been received.
- If a payment fails or is cancelled, the order is not confirmed.
3. Prices & Currency

- All prices are displayed in ZAR and include VAT where applicable.
- Any applicable delivery fee is shown at checkout before payment is completed. Standard shipping is R120.00; delivery is free on orders of R600.00 and above.

4. Payment Security
- Our website uses SSL encryption, and payments are handled by Payfast, a certified South African payment provider.
- Your full card details are not stored by us.
5. Refunds & Chargebacks
- Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.
- Refunds are issued in ZAR to the original payment method.
- If you have a payment concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it directly.
6. Invoices

7. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to verify, hold, or cancel any order where we suspect fraud or unauthorised use.
