Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed securely through Payfast. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Instant EFT, Mobicred, Zapper, and Payflex.

My payment failed. What should I do?

Please try again or choose another payment method. If the problem continues, contact us at onlinesales@blackandwhitenutrition.com.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes. Send your request to onlinesales@blackandwhitenutrition.com with your order number.

What are your delivery times?

What are your delivery costs?

Standard shipping is R120.00. Delivery is free on orders of R600.00 and above. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).

Do you deliver to my area?

We currently deliver nationwide within South Africa only.

Are there any additional taxes or fees?

No. All displayed prices include VAT where applicable, and no additional fees apply to domestic deliveries.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel through to delivery.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Contact us as soon as possible at onlinesales@blackandwhitenutrition.com. We will do our best, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been handed to the courier.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 24 hours of purchase and provided it has not yet been dispatched. Contact us immediately at onlinesales@blackandwhitenutrition.com. See our Order Cancellation Policy for details.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return an item?

Email onlinesales@blackandwhitenutrition.com with your order number and the reason for return. We respond within 1 business day with instructions. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Which items cannot be returned?

Because returns are accepted on a new and unopened basis, opened supplements, powders, capsules, consumable products, perishable goods, custom or special-order products, personal care products, and gift cards cannot be returned once opened, unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. The fastest way is to request a return for the original item and place a separate order for the replacement.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Our products are food supplements intended to complement a balanced diet and active lifestyle. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
